Holy cow, May is over with guys! I have about 4 days left and the 2014-15 school year will be a wrap! As always the start of a new month brings the outfit recap. Here is a look-see of this months looks! My favorites are pics #1 , #2 and #4. Keeping it short and sweet today, see you guys on Wednesday right back here! 🙂

I hope you are enjoying a day off. Let’s not forget the real reason for this holiday! Please take a moment to thank a vet or soldier on active duty for their service to this country. Take a moment to say a prayer for those who gave their lives for our freedom and rights.
Today’s look features a long white with black trim vest which I think dressed up this otherwise casual look of a plain white pocket tee, heels and distressed jeans. I’ve wanted a long vest for sometime now and I’m really pleased with this one. Being that it is black and white, I can pair it with so many other looks. Over a sheath dress, or with a graphic tee and denim for example. I am also really wanting a sleeveless trench coat and an olive utility vest but can’t seem to run into any ones I like. So I guess I’ll just have to keep scouring the net 🙂 See you soon friends, make it a good one!
Outside of summer vacation, I live for these extended weekends. They are just what I need to rejuvenate! Of course Labor Day for us Caribbean folks also means that Carnival is afoot, it’s time to Fete it up and represent our island culture in vibrant colorful costumes and hip gyrating music. Here in South Florida, we have a huge West Indian Carnival in October, my social media has been blowing up as many of my friends share sneak peeks of their band preparations and body adornments. I miss the Carnivals up north as well in New York and Boston. Eastern Parkway is going to be on fire this weekend! Last but never least, this weekend is chalk full of wonderful sales and steals from our favorite stores. Here are a few items on my hit list. Enjoy! Kisses! Besos! Bisous!
It’s Friday night as I’m writing this and I am so beat! Friday’s are fast becoming my crash and burn nights, so this will be my last task of the evening before I allow myself to get some rest. 🙂 I’ve had a full week between working two jobs, hitting the gym 4 times and keeping up with the blog. Now I’m ready for some rest and relaxation. I think I may have to schedule another appointment with Tao Foot Spa in Boca Raton, Fl. If you’ve never been there it’s a must on your to-do list. They give the most amazing massages!
After conversing with a friend and getting some great advice, which was to widen my experiences and opportunities to meet some good guys by going places and doing things that I don’t usually do. First up on the agenda…something I don’t usually do, which is sit at the bar to have dinner at a local swanky restaurant alone. I’ll keep you guys posted on my progress! #singlegirlstruggles Until next time! Kisses! Besos! Bisous!
Yay! My first official post, I’m so excited! Hey guys *waves* hope you’re doing well where ever you happen to be while reading my blog. Something people learn quickly about me is that I love to eat. Especially if someone else did the cooking. So I often try out new restaurants or frequent some tried and true favorites with friends. This past weekend, my friend Rachelle of the wonderful PinkSole Personal Style Blog & I went to BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse in Coral Springs, FL. The atmosphere of this place is awesome no matter what time of the day you go and the food is fantastic! It also helped that our waiter was cute! If you live here or are ever in town, give it a visit! Until next time: Kisses! Besos! Bisous!
