I made it through my first week at work, whew! (wipes brow). Next week the real work begins, the students come back but today I’m happy it’s Friday!
Camisoles have fast become a closet staple, even when dressed with more casual pieces they always keep your look very chic. They range in price from $10 and up and can be found pretty much anywhere you shop. I’ve newly developed a love for them, thanks to seeing some of my favorite bloggers such as Rachelle, Charnele and Gina rock them. I only have a few in my closet right now but wanted to share with you 3 simple ways you can rock them with some other items in your closet and get the most bang for your buck. What woman doesn’t love a piece that she can remix like new over and over with just a tweak of an accessory, shoes and bottoms?
Ever get dressed up, leave the house and then realize as you are half way down the road running late for an appointment that you failed to put any type of jewelry on your arms and fingers? Yeah, me neither! LOL As you can see in my pics below I did just that! However, I did remember to rock this dainty and pretty silver Topaz necklace custom-made by the folks at Anjolee. They can customize all kinds of jewelry including diamond wedding rings *gasp*. What girl not only dreams about that perfect engagement ring, but definitely has her eye and heart set on one that is designed with her in mind and looks like no other? The bling on this site has me drooling now I just need one of those lovely girl meets boy, girl falls in love with boy, and boy proposes to girl type of situations and I’m all set! Hope you guys have a great weekend 🙂
Holy cow, May is over with guys! I have about 4 days left and the 2014-15 school year will be a wrap! As always the start of a new month brings the outfit recap. Here is a look-see of this months looks! My favorites are pics #1 , #2 and #4. Keeping it short and sweet today, see you guys on Wednesday right back here! 🙂
Kisses! Besos! Bisous!

I hope you are enjoying a day off. Let’s not forget the real reason for this holiday! Please take a moment to thank a vet or soldier on active duty for their service to this country. Take a moment to say a prayer for those who gave their lives for our freedom and rights.
Today’s look features a long white with black trim vest which I think dressed up this otherwise casual look of a plain white pocket tee, heels and distressed jeans. I’ve wanted a long vest for sometime now and I’m really pleased with this one. Being that it is black and white, I can pair it with so many other looks. Over a sheath dress, or with a graphic tee and denim for example. I am also really wanting a sleeveless trench coat and an olive utility vest but can’t seem to run into any ones I like. So I guess I’ll just have to keep scouring the net 🙂 See you soon friends, make it a good one!
TGIF! Thanks for stopping by! Today I’m keeping it casual in plaid. You know, this trend has rapidly become one of my faves because there are so many different kinds of plaid combinations out there in a variety of colors. No two plaid tops look the same. You can rock them with denim, be it jeans or skirt and wear sneakers or heels to give it a bit of glam. If you want to step up the glam then you can pair your plaid with leather, pencil skirts, slacks or even midi skirts, last but probably not least you can layer your plaid under sweaters, blazers and pattern mix with other fun pieces…no matter what your pleasure you’ll find that the plaid gives your look a nice boost of color. On this day, I didn’t really feel like doing too much in the way of getting dressed so I guess this is a lazy casual look. I could have also worn a graphic tee and wore the plaid around my waist or kept it open to reveal the tee beneath. I always enjoy pieces that you can really play around with and wear in a variety of ways, that way you feel like you really got the best bang for your buck. Not bad for a plaid shirt from Forever 21 eh? I hope you have a fun weekend! I will see you over at IG and then back again here on Monday! Kisses! Besos! Bisous!
Happy Monday, hope you had a lovely weekend! I laid low for the most part, I saw a couple of movies one of them being “Horrible Bosses 2” and found it to be hilarious! I also spent some time with my mom, furniture shopping and then dinner. My mom has the same sarcastic sense of humor as I do, so needless to say I was in tears laughing the entire time! Today’s look features an adorable soft chambray heart shirt I purchased from Ann Taylor LOFT recently. With this constant 50% off sale, they have going on, if I give in to my desires to shop, LOFT would make me give up my entire paycheck to them on a weekly basis LOL. The other piece I love in today’s look are my heels! These are yet another pair from my collection of Sophia Webster shoes, who if you didn’t know is one of my favorite shoe designers. Her shoes are so fun and colorful 🙂 I just need the good folks at Sophia Webster to hook your girl up with a shopping spree so I could go ahead and rack up! Did you notice her killer gladiator heels the Victoria Secret models were rocking during this years fashion show? Until next time! Kisses! Besos! Bisous!
Hope you all have had an awesome weekend! It’s back to the grind! I really enjoyed myself at the comedy show on Friday night in Miami. I haven’t laughed that hard in a long while. I was literally crying and holding my gut. It felt like I had spent an hour doing abdominal exercises LOL. This one comedian Tony Roberts was especially funny. I’ve seen him perform on television before but I was in no way ready for the hilarity of the real thing! The outfit featured below is what I wore to the comedy show. I love the color red! I learned a long time ago that I have red-orange undertones in my skin complexion so the color I find to be very flattering on me 🙂 . These heels are as killer as they read..meaning they are sexy and gorgeous, however, they were not killer on my feet! They were super comfortable and I’d love to have them in a variety of colors. The jeans, I purchased some time ago and found them to be too long so I cut the ankles off, cuffed them and shredded a few holes in them. Voila! They are even better than before. Nothing breaks up solid colors then something in a black and white pattern. This clutch was the perfect accessory to the red and black I’m wearing and finally, these darling earrings were gifted to me and they were also a great finishing touch to the look. Hope you enjoy. Until next time! Kisses! Besos! Bisous!

So the plan was to try to catch up on some sleep this weekend, that did not happen! Oh I certainly nodded off several times throughout the weekend but I refused to give in to it even though I need some serious shut-eye. One thing I did accomplish was to rent a dress and a nice clutch from Rent The Runway for my cousin’s wedding Whoo! Hoo! I can’t wait to wear it, I had it shipped directly to Boston so that I wouldn’t have to transport it via airplane. I’ll share some of my wedding attire finds on a future post. Not much to say today, as a matter of fact I’m nodding off as I type this! That’s my body’s way of telling me to hang it up because it’s shutting down, slowly but surely. Until next time guys and gals! Kisses! Besos! Bisous!
