Today’s look is simple and chic with a button down pink blouse and white denim. I’ve got to admit that white denim has really become one of my favorites for this time of year. I don’t know who came up with the ban of wearing white after Labor Day but I”m so happy the ban has been lifted, from winter whites to spring whites and summer whites..it’s really ALL GOOD! I’m still on the hunt for a pair of white overalls and I also want a sexy white dress. S. Fl is famous for it’s all white parties. White denim looks so good against so many colors. Ladies just head to your nearest Express and pick ANY portofino shirt and cami and a pair of white denim jeans and you’ve got yourself a great rotation of hot looks. We’re almost at the end of the week and even closer to the end of this month. I hope time slows down a bit when my summer vacation starts 🙂
So it’s the last day of 2014, I thought it would be proper to share some of my favorite looks for this year. Although technically my blogging timeline began in August of 2014, I can’t believe how many post I put out there into the blog-o-sphere since that time! I’ve met so many awesome bloggers and other fashion minded folks such as myself and I really want to thank you guys for welcoming me with open arms. Thank you to those bloggers who have collaborated with me, offered great advice, stop by regularly to comment and finally those who also interact with me on other social platforms. Extra love to the small but steady group of followers who show me love pretty regularly! I really appreciate your kindness! My 2015 wish for my blog is to continue to build a strong following and work on building my brand. Of course, I’d love to learn from those of you who have been there and done that, so please drop me a line of advice in the comment box today! I wish you all a prosperous and blessed upcoming new year! Without further adieu, here are some of my favorite looks of 2014 🙂 Peace & Blessings! Kisses! Besos! Bisous!

We have made it halfway through the work week, hang in there! Today’s look features one of my favorite pencil skirts. I love the floral pattern, but even more than that I love the green backdrop of it. Green happens to be one of my favorite colors, I love every shade of it from the dark to the bright neon. With this skirt you can pull some of the colors out of it and pair it that way, such as the pink I’ve pulled out in my top here. Or you can mix and match it with other textures and patterns to create a real eye-catching look. As I’m sitting here typing this post, I’m wondering just how many pencil skirts do I own? LOL Sometime soon, I’ll have to go through my closet and do some purging. I’m looking to acquire some pieces that compliment what I already have in my closet, rather than buying entire outfits..I want to add to my ability to mix and match the old with the new. Purchases seem well worth it, when they prove to be things that you can recreate over and over again by simply changing or adding a piece here and there. I’m looking forward to creating new pairings in my existing wardrobe! Until next time dolls! Kisses! Besos! Bisous!
Today’s post will be a bit short, I”m actually in the middle of grading papers for my online class. The lure of the blog called for me to post a little sumthin sumthin! As I’m sitting here working, my mind started to wander and I realized that as I get older, I feel like I fall in love with myself a bit deeper every year. Friends joke with me about loving myself too much, but there was a time when that wasn’t so! I’ve grown to be very comfortable in my skin and have found a place of true peace in my life. It’s true what they say ‘with age comes wisdom.’ Living in sunny South Florida does wonders for the mind and spirit! Until next time loves! Kisses! Besos! Bisous!
